Tahrir Square – birds eye view

Here’s a birdseye view of Midan Tahrir, with labels showing how things were organised. The Egyptian Museum is at the top right of the picture, which gives you a sense of scale and orientation.

    What an amazing photo of Tahrir square. The labels were particularly helpful. I think we are all holding our breath and hoping things stay on a peaceful footing and that some semblance of normality is restored very soon.
